Vidya’s Plea
The story opens with Vidya, trying desperately to talk to Armaan. A shocking news report interrupts her; it’s about Abhir’s accident. The report blames Abhir, saying he was driving recklessly and drunk. A wave of anger and sadness washes over Abhira, she throws things, upset at how the media is portraying Abhir. Armaan holds her, offering comfort. Vidya knows the truth but fears telling it might ruin relationships.
The Unveiling of Truth
Ruhi reveals that her dad has rushed to the police station. Manish and Sanjay get into an argument. Armaan steps in, telling Sanjay to stop talking. Madhav then arrives with some devastating information that changes everything. Someone hit Abhir’s bike and didn’t stop. This was not an accident caused by Abhir, it was a hit and run. The news sends shockwaves, with Vidya crying and praying, admitting to herself that she didn’t do it on purpose. Everyone joins her in prayer for Abhir.
A Life-Altering Diagnosis
They all rush to the hospital to see Abhir. When Abhir sees Vidya, he asks who let the Poddar family in, he doesn’t want to see them. They try to leave, but Manish hugs Abhir. Abhir insists he’s okay. But when he tries to sit up, he is unable to. A doctor delivers the news that no one expected. Despite their efforts, Abhir’s legs won’t work again. If he had received immediate care after the accident, they might have saved his legs, but now the nerves are damaged beyond repair. Vidya bursts into tears, and Manish angrily scolds the doctor.
Abhir’s Despair
Abhira and Ruhi try to encourage Abhir. He rejects their pity and is filled with despair. His old life is gone and his dream of being a rockstar is over. He asks everyone to leave him alone. They exit, leaving Abhir in his grief.
A Mother’s Anguish and a Sister’s Promise
Manish weeps for Abhir. Abhira makes Madhav swear that he will make sure the person who did this is punished. Madhav makes the promise. Back at home, Kiara wants to see Abhir, but Dadi tells her she will have to wait. Rohit wants Vidya to apologize to Abhir and tell him about Kiara. Vidya is tense, filled with guilt. Abhira tries to comfort Abhir and gives him his childhood blanket. She hugs him, full of care and love.
