A Helping Hand
Vihaan tells Jhanak that she can stay with him and he’ll find someone to look after his child. He offers money to help but she says she doesn’t want any, because he is already providing her with a place to live and food. He then asks if she will take care of his baby. Akshat says that Jhanak is fortunate to have entered Vihaan’s life, and encourages her to agree to his offer. Jhanak wonders if going to Vihaan’s home as his wife is the right thing to do. But feeling she doesn’t have another choice, she agrees.

A Wife’s Worries
Sejal says Vihaan’s wife will probably be arrogant. Another woman says it’s too soon to judge her. Sejal thinks Vihaan’s wife will have to do all of the housework. Ketki then joins them and asks what they’re talking about. They pretend they are talking about food for Vihaan. Ketki knows they are talking about Vihaan’s wife. She agrees with them that she will need to do all the housework. Ketki is mad, saying that the girl has trapped her son, and she won’t let her disrespect their family.
A Chance to See
Vihaan’s dad says they should give Vihaan’s wife a chance. Ketki disagrees and says she won’t spare her. She feels that she has come between Vihaan and his family. Her husband reminds her that she didn’t accept Vihaan or his wife before. They then start talking about Priyanshi’s education. Ketki does not think Priyanshi needs to go to college, but her husband says she needs to finish school. Akshat’s wife says good things about Vihaan.
A New Home
Akshat’s wife tells Jhanak to accept Vihaan’s offer. She believes Jhanak will be grateful later when she sees how good the offer is. Akshat also agrees that Jhanak will be thankful for it later. Shubh and Tanuja come home with Lalon and Appu. Lalon tells Bablu and Anjana not to do any housework, because he now owns the house. He tells everyone not to make Anjana work.
Changing Roles
Lalon says that anyone who doesn’t like it can leave. He assigns tasks. Tanuja will be in charge of the kitchen, and Anjana cannot help. Tanuja says she cannot cook. Lalon wants her to do it anyway. Shubh suggests hiring a cook but Lalon refuses. Jhanak looks after the baby, who smiles at her. She feels like the baby has chosen her. She decides to take Vihaan’s offer and follows his house rules. Vihaan is thankful. He says she has no reason to be scared because he will be there for her. Jhanak thinks about her choice.
